On average, orders are delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days for major cities and metros.
  • 5–10 business days for other locations and remote areas.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or above a certain order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID or link (if provided by the courier partner) to your registered email or mobile number. You can use this to track the live status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within India (serviceable pin codes may depend on courier coverage). If your pin code is not serviceable, we may contact you for an alternate address or cancel the order with a refund.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong or unreachable contact number.

In case a shipment is returned to us due to such reasons, reshipping may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged Package on Delivery

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or physically damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the outer package and product.
  • Do not discard the packaging material.
  • Contact us immediately with your order details and evidence.

Claims for physical damage or tampering must be raised promptly after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

While we work with reliable courier partners, there may be unexpected delays due to:

  • Public holidays or festivals.
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or transport issues.
  • Operational issues at the courier’s end.

We are not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and following up on your shipment.
