1. When Can You Cancel an Order?
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched/shipped.
Once the order has been packed and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after the product is delivered.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your Order ID
- Registered name and mobile number
- A clear request message stating you want to cancel the order
We recommend reaching out via email or phone for faster action.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Your cancellation request may be rejected if:
- The order is already dispatched or out for delivery.
- The product is a customised, pre-ordered, or special item clearly marked as non-cancellable on the product page.
- We have started processing a special order that cannot be reversed with our supplier.
4. Refund on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved (and the order was prepaid), the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as otherwise communicated.
Refund timelines are as per our Return & Refund Policy, typically: 5–7 business days after confirmation, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If COD is available and you have placed a COD order:
- You can request cancellation before dispatch similar to prepaid orders.
- If the order is already shipped, please do not accept the delivery if you no longer want the product.
Frequent refusal of COD orders without valid reasons may affect future COD usage on your account.
6. Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation for one or more items, provided they are not yet dispatched. Approval of partial cancellations is at our discretion.
7. Order Cancellation by Anicover
We reserve the right to cancel an order, fully or partially, under certain circumstances such as:
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
- Incorrect pricing or listing error.
- Payment issues or suspected fraud.
- Address not serviceable by our courier partners.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will initiate a refund as per our refund timelines.
