Return & Refund Policy

At Anicover.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Return Window (Duration)

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • You received a product with missing parts or accessories (if applicable).

Returns for reasons like “no longer needed”, “ordered by mistake”, or “change of mind” may or may not be accepted, and are subject to our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Customised, limited-edition, or special-order items (if specified on the product page).
  • Items with tampered or missing serial/identification labels (if any).

4. Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return, the item must be in:

  • Original, unused condition.
  • Original packaging with all tags, stickers, and protective materials intact.
  • Same condition as received.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us via email or phone within the return window.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos of the issue (if damaged/wrong product).
  • Our team will review your request and update you on the eligibility and next steps.

6. Pick-Up & Shipping for Returns

Return shipping method (pickup or self-ship) will depend on your location and our courier availability:

  • In some locations, we may arrange a courier pick-up.
  • In other cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to a provided address.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we may reimburse or arrange shipping costs as per our policy.

7. Refund Method & Duration

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (or as otherwise agreed).

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved. Actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, for example:

  • Items returned with missing parts or accessories.
  • Items with visible signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.
  • Late return requests beyond the specified return window (if accepted as an exception).

10. Exchanges / Replacements

In applicable cases (wrong or damaged product), we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
